BESPOKE RESEARCH

In addition to the surveys which form part of the assessment for certification, QHS can also offer bespoke research. Members benefit from a discount on this service, though non-members can also purchase research at very competitive rates.

QHS can conduct customer surveys via telephone, post, online or in text message format. We can facilitate qualitative research methods including focus groups, workshops or depth interviews.
