The reporting portal is an area where all members can see all their reports and dashboards.

All reports can be viewed for individual members including on-site audits, mystery shopping, customer opinion polling and any ad-hoc reports. Customer opinion reports are live, and ongoing.   Overall reports for comparative data with other members and you can also access tutorials and presentations.
