Excellence Criteria

Our Criteria for Excellence form a template which gives form and content to the drive for continuous improvement by Registered Providers. The original Criteria for Excellence are in Service Delivery and have been used since 2004.

Since that time QHS have developed two other Excellence Criteria:

• QHS Criteria for Excellence in Communities published in January 2010
• QHS Criteria for Excellence in Governance published in January 2010

The different sets of criteria offer a choice to members to improve different aspects of their service.
