QHS is a non profit distributing, membership based organisation formed with the support of an IGP grant from the Housing Corporation.
QHS's mission is to become recognised as the centre of excellence and knowledge for service quality within the housing sector, adding value to consumers and housing associations alike by driving continuous improvements in service performance.
